Product Details
Chrome-plated coil refers to a steel plate with a layer of chrome on the surface. This is to prevent the steel plate [1] from corrosion and extend its service life. A layer of metal chrome is coated on the surface of the steel plate. Chrome plating is a commonly used and effective anti-corrosion method. The production cost is lower than that of tinplate, but the adhesion is strong. The adhesion to organic coatings is 3 to 6 times stronger than that of tinplate. The ability to resist sulfide corrosion is also stronger than that of tinplate. Chrome-plated plates can be produced in the form of continuous annealing (CA) or intermittent annealing (BA).
